Leading schools workshops for the past 20 years has led me to develop skills arranging scores for a wide variety of instrumental combinations. These range from small-scale chamber works for educational visits, orchestral arrangements for commercial recording sessions to large scale ensembles: symphonic band and full orchestra.

During the current Covid-19 pandemic I have been creating play-along piano accompaniments in wav/mp3 format using Dorico software that my students can use to work on their ensemble skills and gain a better sense of a piece as a whole whilst on lockdown. I have amassed a considerable library of backing tracks and when used in conjunction with free apps such as  Voice Record Pro or paid apps like The Amazing Slow Downer they are an invaluable tool for working on a piece without the luxury of having a pianist present.

Towards Light & Wingèd Creatures Schools Project (2021/2)
An interactive school's project featuring music inspired by moths, butterflies, grasshoppers, 
bees, wasps and birds. Music specially arranged from the 15th century to the present day by Vaughan Williams, Britten, Grieg, Ravel, Schubert, Guillaume Dufay, Henry Purcell, Marin Marais, Gabriel Jackson and Sir Peter Maxwell Davies.
